Mr. Narayanasamy is a highly experienced legal professional with over three decades of expertise in corporate and IT law. He earned his B.A. (Hon) in Law, Sociology, and Social Anthropology from the University of Keele, UK, in 1990.
He has held key positions such as Group Legal Advisor at Haisan Resources Berhad, General Counsel at YFG Berhad, and Legal Advisor at Lityan Holdings Berhad. Additionally, he has served as COO of Bheesma Logistics, Head of Corporate Division at Pembinaan Nadzri Sdn Bhd, and a Law Lecturer at Stamford College
