Ong Koon Long earned a Diploma in Business Studies from HELP University in 1997 and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Southern Queensland in 1999. He’s been a member of Certified Practising Accountant Australia since 2003 and holds other prestigious certifications. His career began in Audit & Risk Management in 1998 with firms like Ong & Wong Chartered Accountants. He’s held key roles, including Head of Internal Audit at several major companies and regional roles at Expro International Group Ltd and BASF Malaysia.

Liew Chun Kee has a Masters degree in Law and is admitted as an advocate and solicitor to the High Court of Malaya and the NSW Supreme Court of Australia. He worked with the Big 4 audit firms for 20 years including Ernst and Young in Sydney, Price Waterhouse in Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong, and as a Partner with KPMG and Ernst and Young in Jakarta. Liew joined PT Eagle High Plantations Tbk as the Head of Internal Audit/Risk Management during its IPO and frequently visited its estates in Indonesia. Additionally, he served as the compliance officer of ManagePay Services, overseeing compliance across various Bank Negara Malaysia regulated non bank financial services.

Mr. Narayanasamy Chithambaram, also known as Nara, is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, international business negotiations, and IT law. He has served as the Group Legal Advisor and General Counsel at Haisan Resources Berhad, where he led legal issues related to corporate restructuring and debt arrangements. Nara also held the position of Legal Advisor at Lityan Holdings Berhad, focusing on corporate governance, M&A deals, and legal due diligence. His career also includes significant roles in logistics, with a history of successful corporate transactions and legal advisory.
